Mommy & Baby Yoga Workout
Repeats every week every Tuesday 4 times . Tuesday
Moms will enjoy a low impact yoga-toning workout with babies babies in a fun interactive time with other new moms!
This 4-week workshop is geared towards moms who are at least 6 weeks postpartum (check with your doctor) to work out with their babies (aged 6 weeks until crawling (not yet mobile). If that is you then come give Mommy & Baby Yoga a try!
Your body is physically tired and recovering from pregnancy and labor, not to mention waking every two hours with a hungry newborn. It’s time to get moving and yoga can help loosen tight muscles, release tension, calm nerves, and calibrate and rebuild pelvic floor and abdominal muscles that have been tried and tested over nine months of supporting a heavy baby.
Great for all fitness levels and yoga experience is not necessary! It’s for moms want to start moving again after childbirth. We also welcome “expecting” moms who want to get a jump on their postpartum conditioning!
